The Thornhill Consultancy has evolved via the
development of the Biometric Profile, one of the world's unique assessments. It
is an objective, non-fakeable and enduring measurement system of individuals'

management. For the last three years, Thornhills have been researching the

Institute of Marketing, The Thornhill Consultancy is currently carrying out
a major research project into high performers in selling.
This ground
breaking research sets out to identify which natural abilities or aptitudes
predispose an individual to excellence and high performance in professional
sales.
Research outcomes to date have shown that neither personality nor
reasoning tests have any correlation with high sales performance. Although such
tests are beneficial in other areas, the decision was made to progress this
study via Biometric Profiling. Although revolutionary, research outcomes to
date have demonstrated that the only assessment that did correlate with high

What is Biometric
Profiling
Biometrics is the scientific measurement of unique
physical or behavioral characteristics of individuals and teams and is a
rapidly growing science that has already led to major innovations in voice
recognition, security and sports performance. It uses the latest video analysis
techniques to code categories and patterns of behaviour that for example
produce superior performance in sport and job roles such as sales.
By
comparing the interviewees pattern of behaviours to a high performer
template an extremely accurate profile can be produced
to evaluate potential in candidates and to focus training and development to
improve performance of existing staff.
The biometric data is
non-fakable and its core motivational nature means you are actually
measuring aptitude for a role which is difficult to do by other means.
