Julian Ashley set up Jenzyme
Consulting Associates in 1996 having previously spent 14 years in the
pharmaceutical industry in companies including MSD, SKF and Sandoz, gaining
extensive experience as a successful senior manager in sales, marketing and
strategic planning, covering a wide range of therapeutic and geographical
areas.
He now specialises in sales and marketing consultancy, and more
specifically, in salesforce business planning, resource allocation and tactical
implementation in the pharmaceutical, consumer health, animal health, and
market research industries, utilising supporting bespoke computer software
where appropriate.
As part of Jenzyme, Julian is also involved in
management and salesforce skill training, one-to-one coaching and is the
founder of NETMAN, a network of contract hire Regional Managers.
In
addition to consulting, Julian has lectured to MBA students at University
College London and has presented at several conferences on strategic sales
management. He has published articles on salesforce business planning in the UK
pharmaceutical national press and is Treasurer of the Pharmaceutical Sales
Managers Group. |
