Kate Rees has over 10 years experience within the pharmaceutical industry in a sales, project management and training environment: Her career in training at Hoechst Marion Roussel dates from 1990 until she established her own consultancy in 1997. Following a successful sales career, she took responsibility for running both induction and development training programmes for sales representatives.

She then moved into project management where she was responsible for co-ordinating the development of a Womens’ Health Sales Force from its inception. Her key achievement was to create a full development programme across three sales forces.

Kate specialises in the development of competency frameworks and is experienced at running assessment and development centres. She also makes extensive use of innovative approaches, facilitating the under-standing of key concepts. She is well known for her unlimited supply of energisers and accelerated learning techniques.

Stuart Wineberg has a background in science, with a PhD in microbiology He worked for Lederle Laboratories and latterly Wyeth Laboratories over 20 years. He has held positions in Sales Management, Technical Support, Clinical Research, Sales Management, Marketing and Personnel Management.

Before moving into consultancy, he held the position of National Sales Training and Development Manager at Wyeth Laboratories – responsible for the success and development of nearly 400 Sales Representatives and 24 Sales Managers.

Stuart is a powerful and empathetic presenter, trainer and coach who is fascinated by the issues that motivate people to achieve success. He is a Management Member of the Institute of Professional Sales and a Course Director within the Training Faculty of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is also an NLP Master Practitioner, equally at home dealing with groups or coaching individuals.

Phil Yates has over 13 years experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical market. He has worked with Bayer, Glaxo Wellcome, Lorex Synthelabo and Astra Pharmaceuticals. He has successfully held positions in GP and Hospital Sales, Sales Management, Product Marketing and Training Management.

He held the position of Head of Commercial Training at Astra Pharma-ceuticals . He led a team responsible for the training and development of one of the largest sales and marketing operations in the industry. Phil’s core training expertise is focused on supporting skill, knowledge and performance development within teams.

He has designed training programmes for people at all levels of the pharmaceutical industry and within its customer base, the NHS. Phil is a Course Director within the Training Faculty of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Certified NLP Practitioner. He is also qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI). An accomplished presenter, he has acquired a reputation for delivering commercially-focused training of the highest quality.
